has developed Run2Cure training programs to guide you through your 5k or
10k training and we will be publishing a series of fun videos in early
February to help you get race ready for Sunday 6 September.
Plans are 10 weeks in duration (with the exception of the 5k Beginner plan which is 12 weeks).
Our friends at North Shore Running and Outdoor Fitness will be providing us with a work-out each week that you can do from home. No fancy gym equipment will be needed and work-outs are appropriate for all levels of fitness.
We will post a new work-out each Friday and you choose when it best fits your schedule.
