With more time to get ready for Run2Cure, which is now on Sunday 6 September, we have expanded our range of free training programs to include a new Weekly Workout courtesy of our friends at North Shore Running and Outdoor Fitness.
Every Friday a new video workout will be available to help you increase your fitness in the lead up to the big day.
